By creating a Lynkinbio account or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate business and contact information. You agree not to use the platform for illegal activities.
As a seller, you agree to provide accurate product descriptions and pricing, fulfill orders in a timely manner, respond to customer inquiries, and comply with all applicable Ghanaian laws and regulations.
Lynkinbio charges a platform fee on transactions processed through our escrow system. Fees are deducted automatically before crediting your wallet. Current fee rates are displayed in your dashboard.
You may not sell illegal goods, counterfeit products, weapons, controlled substances, or any items that violate Ghanaian law through our platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or receive repeated customer complaints.
Lynkinbio provides the platform as-is. We are not liable for disputes between sellers and buyers, failed payment transactions processed by third-party providers, or loss of revenue due to platform downtime.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
